Castellana’s hosts a Chef’s Table and also a Wine Dinner. By reservations only, Stephen Chase serves guests in his kitchen, as they watch and learn about each course served with a perfect wine paired for each dish.

Guests are invited to join Executive Chef Stephen Chase in an intimate atmosphere to talk about food, wine and dining while enjoying a 6 course meal prepared expecially for that evening. Each dish is paired with a perfect wine. Available on a limited monthly basis and by reservation only.
