has never been sweeter and a
holiday party has never been so festive. We make sure that
all events planned at Carrington Hall are
given our specialized, individual attention. Whether you
are planning a luncheon buffet or a formal
dinner, the staff of Carrington Hall is ready and waiting
to make it an event to remember.

expectations. Choose from our packages or
work with a member of our staff to create exactly what you

Guidelines and Procedures
Deposits and Payments
An initial deposit of $500.00, which will be deducted from
the final bill, is due with the signed
contract. Dates can be held for a period of two weeks without
a deposit and signed contract.
Final payment for the event is due 4 days before the event.
The only accepted forms for final payment
are corporate check, bank check, money order or cash.
Menu Selections and Number of Guests
Menu choices will be due 60 days prior to the event. A guaranteed
number of guests to be in
attendance is due 5 days prior to the event. At that time,
all final arrangements and food selections
must be made.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change. An 18% service and administrative
fee, as well as 5% state meals tax
will be assessed to all food and beverage prices. There
is a $500.00 room fee.
Food and Beverage
All alcohol beverages must be supplied and served by Carrington
Hall. No beverages are permitted to
leave the premises. Food served in Carrington Hall will
be prepared by our chefs and served by our
staff.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be put in writing and signed by the
person, or persons, who signed the original
contract. All advance deposits and payments received will
be forfeited.
